Because each PuzzleTees item is made to order, we don’t keep inventory and we generally can’t accept returns for sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Just email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue

We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund.

If You Don’t Love It

Since products are printed specifically for you, we normally can’t accept returns.

However, if the item isn’t right for you, here’s a simple option we offer:

You’re welcome to donate the item to someone who could use it, and contact us with your order number. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a store credit for your cart so you can pick something else.

We print intentionally and only when ordered to reduce waste — thanks for understanding and helping us keep things thoughtful.

When will my order be delivered?

Every PuzzleTees item is made to order, so we first print your item before shipping it.

• Production: usually 2–5 business days
• Shipping (USA): usually 3–7 business days
• International: usually 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I Return my product?

Because every PuzzleTees item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If the item simply isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to donate it to someone who could use it and contact us — we’ll issue a store credit for your cart.
