Is this brand for real or an ARG?

Both. It’s a real clothing brand with a playful universe layered into it. You can actually buy the tees. The mystery is optional.

Is there a puzzle to solve on the site?

There might be. It doesn’t affect checkout, shipping, or your order. It’s just for the curious.

What does “Quietly Loud” actually mean?

It means wearing something that screams without opening its mouth. You’ll get it when someone stares twice.

Why “Do Not Explain”?

Explaining ruins the punchline. Wear it. Let them ask. Smile mysteriously. Repeat.

What size should I order?

We use different blanks, so sizing can vary slightly between designs.

Please check the size chart attached to each product before ordering — it’s specific to that tee.

When in doubt, measure your favorite shirt at home and compare. The room likes precision.

What if I don’t “get” the designs? 

That’s okay. Some designs hit instantly. Others grow on you. If it makes you smile even a little, that’s enough.

Is this sustainable or just marketing?

We print made-to-order to reduce overproduction. Most tees are cotton-based, some recycled blends. No mass stock sitting in warehouses.

Do you ship internationally or just vibes?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
The vibes arrive first. Customs might tax the mystery.

When will my order be delivered?

Every PuzzleTees item is made to order, so we first print your item before shipping it.

• Production: usually 2–5 business days
• Shipping (USA): usually 3–7 business days
• International: usually 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I Return my product?

Because every PuzzleTees item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

If the item simply isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to donate it to someone who could use it and contact us — we’ll issue a store credit for your cart.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Just email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue

We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I paid too much?

If you believe there was a pricing or billing mistake, contact us with your order number and we’ll review it right away.
