Made to Order

Every PuzzleTees item is printed specifically after you place your order. This means we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves and helps reduce unnecessary waste.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared before shipping.

Shipping Time

After production, estimated shipping times are:

USA: usually 3–7 business days
International: usually 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the production location. If this happens, you will receive tracking for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be required to resend the order.
