PuzzleTees Return & Refund Policy

Because each PuzzleTees item is made to order, we don’t keep inventory and generally cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• a photo showing the issue

Once we review the request, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If You Don’t Love It

Since every product is printed specifically for you, standard returns are usually not possible.

However, if the item isn’t right for you, we offer a simple option:

You may donate the item to someone who could use it and contact us with your order number. Once confirmed, we can issue store credit so you can choose a different design.

We print items only when ordered to reduce unnecessary waste. Thank you for supporting thoughtful production.
